They keep misting up and then I can't see where I'm going.

What everybody is saying is right, well about licking them.
I have been swimming for about 7 years now, and there is only one true way to prevent them from fogging up. When you get in the water, put the inseide lenses inside the water. That will get water on them.
Now, you want to lick or spit inside your goggles.
That will prevent them from fogging up, at least for a while.
When they fog up again, which they will if you take them off, lick them again. It truely does work.

New goggles ought to be thoroughly (a minute or 2) scrubbed with toothpaste. Then once you get in the water spit & rub the goggles and temporarily dip them in the water. There are defogging ideas available in game shops, yet a minimum of for diving goggles I definitely have not got here across them to be too effectual.

The best way to keep your goggles from misting up is to put a little bit of saliva in each of the lens..I have tried this and it works!!

If they're glass, i.e. for snorkelling and diving (the ones that cover your nose), then spit in them. for the swimming goggles that just cover the eyes try spitting in them, or rub some washing up liquid in them (tends to work better with the plastic goggles)

I used the spit in the goggles and rub it for 4 years of swimming, and they never fogged.

The little bit of water works to, but you have to shake your head to clear them, and could effect your stroke.

Spit on the inside and rub it. This will prevent the misting up effect.

You need to get a bottle of defogger fluid.

It is sold in that area with the nose plugs, ear plugs and spare goggles straps.

Worked wonder for me
