If you do find a recipie can you forward it to me.... As it is i right pain on those hot nights when i can have a nice cooling drink...

Depends if you want plain ice (water in an ice cube tray in the freezer) or for a bit extra try adding some fruit juice (same as before but put fruit juice not water). Once you've mastered the basics you can then put some cocktail sticks in them when their half-frozen for a little lolipop

Just in case we missed the "cream"

Recipe: Vanilla Ice Cream

About 1 quart

1 cup milk

A pinch of salt

3/4 cups sugar

1 vanilla bean

5 egg yolks

2 cup heavy cream

A few drops of vanilla extract

1. Heat the milk, salt, and sugar in a saucepan. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the seeds into the milk with the tip of a paring knife. Add the bean pod to the milk.

2. Stir together the egg yolks in a bowl and gradually add some of the warmed milk, stirring constantly as you pour. Pour the warmed yolks back into the saucepan.

3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly and scraping the bottom with a heat-resistant spatula until the custard thickens enough to coat the spatula. Strain the custard into the heavy cream. Rinse the vanilla bean and put it back into the custard and cream to continue steeping. Chill thoroughly, then remove the vanilla bean and freeze in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturers instructions.

Yep. You need: A freezer , A sink with taps with running water and a glass/water storer

Step 1: Get a glass out and pour water into your water storer

Step 2: Open up your freezer and place the storer in the freezer and keep it in there for 1 1/2 hours+

Step 3: Take storer out of freezer and bash it against something like the outside of your house brick wall so it comes out easier

Step 4: Pour it into your glass and add your choice of drink into your glass filled with ice.

Step 5: Drink and enjoy

I half fill an ice cube square with water, then top it up with orange, lime, lemon, or blackcurrant squash. Then, pop in the freezer or freeze box until frozen. Whichever flavoured drink you are drinking, you just add that particular flavour ice cube. That way, your drink doesn't get watered down too much.

Pour cold water into ice tray. Put ice tray in freezer and leave until water is frozen.
Serve in a cold glass with vodka and a mixer of your choice ;-)
