I cant get the music from my ipod into the library.?

I had to make new computer users (for my computer, not itunes.) and delete my old ones last week. I hooked my ipod up and opened i-tunes to find that my library was empty.When I try to transfer the music, it will only transfer the music i bought from the itunes store into the library! Is there any way I can move ALL of my music into the library?

Well wat happened is your original iTunes library was saved in the old users documents, and not the shared documents. Getting the music back into the library will be tough. I am really awaiting to find out myself. I know if you open iTunes, and click on the help tab then look it up in the help manual, there is sure to be something there to help you. Sorry I couldn't answer your problem directly.

One time I accidentally replaced the songs in my library with the songs on my ipod. When you first plug the ipod in it should say do you want to replace the songs in this library with the songs on the ipod. I'm not sure if it still does that because itunes 7 may not provide that function anymore. Hope this helps.

It doesnt work like that, the song goes onto your iPod from your computer, not the other way round, just send your library from your old computer

as promptly as I plug in my iPod, there's a container that pops up (not on iTunes) that proclaims "autoplay". In that window there's somewhat iPod sort. I click on that, proceed in the path of the folders, then i'm attending to a folder with all of my p.c... in there. From there i'm waiting to truly click and drag to my laptop.
