Type = in a cell. then in brackets the figure and use the * on the right handside for mutiplication 18. Then type the slash and then 100 to get the percentage. Drag down to the appropriate cell you require the formula to be in.

Type this into a cell of excel -

=(CELL WITH NUMBER CONCERNED/100)*18

This will then auto matically change the answer when a new number is put in...

Cell with number concerned is the cell name i.e D8 not the number in the cell.
