works good for me... i like there layout generator they have premade ones too.. that you can take your own pic and customise it to your liking..
all your need is a url addresss and best place to do that is in the http://www.photobucket.com/
It is a free place to upload images..
Or you can just do a serch on what type of background you would like.like type in (ie myspace animated backgrounds) for premade layouts
for add removal.. there are coeds for it but you have to serch for them but apperently you can lose your page for using them..

Ad removal is hard, but go to a myspace layouts thing, like strikefile.com and find a picture on the net that you can use as your background, as well as adjusting little things like text color and everything else.
