Australia. Singapore is in the same boat as Malaysia. Although the quality of education is the highest, especially here, so are the prices. Personally, I would recommend America for studies, since education up until the age of 18 is covered by the government, unless you receive grants/financial aids aftre 18. Good luck.

Do you have any Indian money changers in Myanmar. They usually have a family network all over Asia. Approach them with your problem.
