Aesthetically speaking, the Badger because they are cool creatures who look fantastic. Mopeds are ugly and generally the epitome of krap and naff!

A moped would win because mopeds get like a hundred miles a gallon, and a badger can't run a hundred miles. That's assuming the badger is stock. A modified badger could maybe do it. The problem is finding good aftermarket badger performance parts.

If either of these was damaged by the side of the road like you see most badgers then the serviceable one would win. If both were serviceable then the moped would seem obvious. But you can never rule out Badger dirty tricks. Very sneaky them Badgers. Answer then....Badger

In a small earthen tunnel I would back the badger.
You also didn't say if the moped was being ridden. If its just a moped by itself, I'll back the badger every time.
