There should be like a damper door letting cold air into the refrigerator side. There will be two setting make sure the one for the refrigerator is set right. Also on that side make sure the light is going out. Sometimes light switches fail and the lights stay on all the time. To check this open the door and press the button for the light, if it fail to go out then the switch is bad. On some models the fan will stop running when the door is opened, listen for this also when the door is open and then push the button and see if the fan starts up. It could also have something to do with the defrost cycle too. There are a few thing to consider.

You fan may be not working.You have 2 fans.1 for the freezer,and 1 for the refrigerator.

it has two different thermostats try adjusting the refrigerator side.
