There is a doll made for training students to care for them that is the actual weight of a real baby. It also cries randomly, and you need a key to stop it. It's training for the constant care that a baby requires. These dolls are very expensive (over $100), but they are very realistic.
They are called Baby Think It Over.

The only one that I know of that does remotely close to that is Baby Born. You could feed it mix and it would pee/poop. It didn't cry or bleed though. I don't know if they still sell those though, that was around 8 years ago. I would so want one if they had a doll that did that, it's like having your own baby. I love babies, I loved the take home one in school.

I don' t think they bleed. It is not real but it is a realistic doll.
Treat it like a baby; it is good practice for the future when you will have children.

They dont sell em anymore but there used to be dolls called Little Living Lovey that did those things.
