Jims going to date Karen for a while, I'm pretty sure of that. In fact, I'm not possitive but I think he may already be seeing her (and the show just isn't letting any of us on to it right away) It'll be a great love triangle storyline (and I'm using the term "great" loosely).
Jim will always be in love with Pam though.
I just don't think the show will get the 2 characters together until closer to the end of the shows run. Otherwise it would probably kill the show.

This is a classic case of "JUMPING THE SHARK".... If Jim and Pam ever get together, and i mean GET TOGETHER... the tension and the mystery surrounding them and the show will be done and lost. They have to keep these 2 apart yet keep people thinking when when when.... that way, everyone will keep tuning in to see what happens next, IF in fact it does happen.
