i think that balance is key~ you have to leave something to the imagination.
if you are showing some cleavage don't wear pants or a skirt that is tight, short or revealing.
and if you are wearing a short skirt that shows a lot of leg or pants that are low, tight, etc. a more conservation top helps round the look out so that you can feel sexy without feeling slutty.

No. I don't believe it is. I feel in an office workplace professionalism needs to be shown, it's also a sign of respect for the company, co-workers and for yourself. There's a time and place someone can dress showing cleavage and short skirts like at clubs, parties, or out with friends, but not at the office where business takes place.

I loved it when I was younger. Try for a "sexy classy" instead of trashy. For example do either or...wear the short skirt with a non-cleavage baring top or a cleavage baring top with jeans or a longer skirt. It's best not to wear both together...looks too obvious and sleazy. If you've got it flaunt it....you're only young once.

Well...don't mind doing either.
However, when you do both you look really "hoochie". If that is what you are going for, great! But if not, choose to do one or the other.
For skirts, going above mid-thigh can be problematic if you go dancing and raise your arms...you will definitely show more than you want to at that point.
For tops, it is kind of hard to describe, but just as long as you are not showing close to the nipple you should be OK.

I don't mind, but class is the key. Hints are more fun than spewing it forth anyway.
I enjoy a fine gentlemanly gaze, but not a gawk.
Too short and too low attracts creeps only.

i do. it depends on where i'm going. anything from cheerleader short on the skirt to dang near nipple showing on the blouse

I don't wear either. I CAN'T were either because of my parents, and even if I could, I wouldn't.
I'll stick to good ol' jeans and a t-shirt!

I really like long skirts. My bf prefers the short ones. So my wardrobe is filled w/ 1/2 and 1/2.
