Why don't the cast in the pub (who are there nearly all the time) get drunk

Never mind Eastenders, mate. Nobody on t.v in England ever 'goes to the loo'. It wouldn't be pretty, would it now?
It probably has to do with gender equality law. Women of course, do not have vile bodily functions like (ugh) going to the toilet, so men have now requested the same consideration. Hence nobody goes to the loo.

The same reason no one owns a washing machine, can afford to drink in a pub at seemingly random times of the day, never watch the soap operas on tv or more to the point why do they never watch football! Also does anyone know of a market where cars drive in front of the stalls! Also how many areas of housing have a 'club' in? Now I have started to remember why I stopped watching the programme!

Because, they're not human. I know it's scary but they're actually humanoids built to act as Eastenders characters. Where else would the name Peggy Mitchell be accepted into a society!

no-one owns a washing machine, they are all skint yet they can afford to buy a pint every day, they have cups of tea in the "caff" spent £20 on a crap dress at Stacey's stall. Phil has hods of money as he always seems to be consulting his solicitor for various documents-will-video shop, need i go on or do i live a sheltered life!!

They do - didn't you ever see Kat in there with mascara running down her face? Seriously, though, going to the loo is neither exciting nor very pretty, so you don't see it.

Even stranger than this is that no one who lives in Albert Square has a washing machine. Aren't laundrette mostly for students these days?

hmmm another ? is why did ruby start acting flash about she owns two houses...but it seems she can't afford a washing machine......in fact can ruby even act????hahahaha
