I had precisely the same problem as who knows how many others caught the annoying nsl school trojan. anyhow, I tried the f-secure trial 2006 anti virus yesterday to rid myself of that problem and it worked. here's their website to start you up on their 30 day free trial http://esd.element5.com/demoreg.html?productid=300109449&languageid=1
also, this site seemed to work for some ppl. (not me b.c. I'm on a ghetto fabulous old system of windows 2000, but the other ppl. who used this guys advice were thankful + successful) by showing you how to manually remove the problem. Here goes:

good luck and happy thanksgiving.

use this, AVG Removes I-Worm/Stration · BackDoor.Generic3.GBB and .GBC · Worm/Generic.FX · Exploit.WMF
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5 but be sure to update it before you run it. If that doesnt work then it has to be removed manually. This is how to remove it manually. You may want to print this out.
