There are people in this world who are unhappy and they take out their misery on others. These people have an urge to make others unhappy as well. I think Jacky was trying to hurt someone because she has been hurt. I agree with you. It is totally unnecessary to be offensive and you are just a nice person who happened to be in the way. Try to move on and be happy and not let this offensive behaviour upset you too much. There are a lot of nice people out there too.
