thank you for answering my question, well i don't know if it is a bad luck, i'm not a christian, obviously, but my boyfriend is, it's his birthday today and last nite i gave him a gold cross pendant as the gift, i can still remember his face as he opened the box, he was really shocked and said it is not good to give somebody a cross as he said it will make the person who receives it leave the person who gives it; 'broke up'; to be exact, is it true?! *confuse*

Theres is NO such thing as bad luck. Its like saying is Zeus real. Or how do I steal the leprechauns gold? Its a belief clutched to by people who dont know any better. Like believing in God. Or believing that voting actually makes a diference when everyone in office is corrupted or becomes corrupted.

If you actually believe that actions such as giving a cross as a gift have the power to affect random chance in any substantial way, I have a bridge I would like to sell you.

The cross symbolises faith....

If you wish to send luck by way of a symbol then have a St.Nicholas talisman made for them... He is the patron saint for lost causes... (Meaning he can bring fortune to a bad situation)

Ity all depends on where you live, if in the deep south and the cross pendant is ten feet tall and is on fire sounds unlucky to me, get running or stuff your head into a white pillow case and confuse the bastards...................

I doubt it will be bad luck, as it is a symbol of faith, wear it for blessings, since blessings are hard to find these days. Do not hesitate, put it on!
