Well you can go to http://www.youtube.com and then watch cartoons as much as you want, youtube uses online streaming so if you have a good internet connection you can watch all the cartoons you want with ease :)

www.allfg.org They have a lot of anime, cartoons and TV series. On this site, the videos are streamed so you don't have to dowload them.
