Do Yoga everyday and follow a healthy diet with much of fibre content.f not yoga do some kind of physical exercise like walking,jogging,etc.

weight control is nothing more than understanding the numbers.

The more high energy(calories) and high fats you consume(including fizzy drinks) the higher your energy intake.

Salad will give you very little and coupled with excercise it will not only have an affect on your weight it will also improve your sense of well being (thats a good thing ;))

the food and drink is broken down at varying speeds depending on your metabolism.

Drink plenty of water(1 litre/day, i add robinsons flavouring, we live in a hard water area), dont smoke, tea and coffee will also slow your metabolism.

I personally eat twice a day. Some fibreous cereal like weetabix in the morning and a relative meal at night. (relative to the amount of activity i do durnig the day, which is very little.)

don't go overboard, you'll do more harm than good.

DON'T start smoking and DON'T stop eating. That may seem like the right thing to do, but its not. That may make you lose weight, but will hurt you in the long run. Try to exercise and watch what you eat.

That is a lot of weight for only a few months

I would say no: not and keep the weight off

Atkins Diet will lose you a lot of weight quickly but not that much

1) Don't 'diet'.
2) Stop eating crap.
3) Start eating healthily
4) Start exercising.
