I am an Indian (living in US) and my first marriage was love marriage which was not successful due to incompatibilites. Is it okay to get remarried in an arranged way now? Is it like getting a life partner is a difficult task (I am well settled, and simple person) for a guy who was married once. Is it good to look for an Indian girl who is already in US or look for someone in India? Should I look for only divorced girls, or can I also look for unmarried girls. Do unmarried girls get married to divorced young guys who are well settled. Thanks you friends in advance for your answers.

Thanks.

Everything is fair in love and war. The question is one of compatibility. Love or arranged, divorced, widow or single, US or India are immaterial here. Any man can get married to any woman as long as they are compatible and not mismatched. So go ahead.

It seems like you have a lot of questions. You look very confused to me.

Is it okay to get remarried in an arranged way now?
Yes it is ok. As long as you are comfortable with the decision. Love marriage or arrange marriage you still will have incompatibilities with your partner that you will have to work on a daily basis.

Is it like getting a life partner is a difficult task (I am well settled, and simple person) for a guy who was married once. Getting a partner is not a difficult task. You can find a partner almost anywhere. Now living everyday. You see the good side and you see the bad side. And you must have the patience and the desire to make it work.

Is it good to look for an Indian girl who is already in US or look for someone in India? I don't know my friend. You are the one that will have to make the decision according to your values to her values to the families values. You can find a girl anywhere, but you and her have to make it work.

Should I look for only divorced girls, or can I also look for unmarried girls? Both. The most compatible, where you have the same goals and life and values. It does not matter.

Do unmarried girls get married to divorced young guys who are well settled. Yes, they do. Again You have to find the one.

If you are divorced from your wife as per the law of the land, you can go for arranged marriage or love marriage of Indian girl residing in US only. Don't come to India and search a girl of your choice. Even you can marry an unmarried girl. If you are really good in understanding ladies, you can find number of girls in India. You can marry any one of them. First, one has to learn to adjust with the spouse; to give respect and value to them.

What bbluckylove said.

Too many conditions in your mind. The girl who is your life partner is someone with whom you can share a friendship and treat with respect, and have the same in return. Why not start writing to a couple of eligible women? Start a correspondence, and see if they will eventually IM you. Take your time finding out who these women are. Know what qualities you desire. Look for an intelligent woman. You will have so much less drama and you will have the resource of her wisdom.

IN the meantime, continue to build the foundation upon which you build your marriage. Be financially independent and stable. Become the husband your woman can respect.

No problem! The compatibility could not be availed before hand, but by life only after marriage, wherein it is desired that you adjust with your partner whether arranged, unmarried, divorced, Indian or US resident!
