Okay it's team to eat more! Not too much though... you should not let him bring you down! Stand your ground! But you need to see whether it is for fun or whether it is serious... if he is wrestleing you for fun then you should do the same to him, and when he questions you... just say you're doing it for fun...
if he is doing this cause he wanna actually inflict pain on you... then it's time you need outside help... but you might think that it'll make it worse... it sometimes happens, sometimes it doesn't... however you should talk to your parents to boost your spirits and then you can eventually stand up to him...
remember to never be like them... if you continue to be the way you are, you can be something in your life with good pay and such... so don't get into bad company or turn to the wrong road =]

Defend yourself with you mouth just tell him to knock it off; and you do not have to use bad language to convey your feelings to him

dude just get him in a choke hold right away, squeeze really tightly and try to break his neck, " i hope u dont squeeze to hard" dont try and hurt him but you will scare him badly and after that he wont try and wrestle you anymore

It is more about attitude. just don't give in keep going at them until they give up and don't yell or scream just fight back even if you are losing he will finally tire out and if you keep doing it he won't want to fight you any more.
