If you want a divorce and he won't sign the only logical thing for you to do is file and let the ground be irreconcilable differences and let the judge decide he has a certain amount of time to respond to divorce papers before it is granted on the grounds of default!

BECAUSE STILL WANTS TO BE WITH YOU BECAUSE HE PROBLY KNOWES THAT IF YOU AND HIM DIVORCE HE IS GOING TO PROBLY MISS OUT ON SOMETHING GOOD.

He is doing it to get at you at least my ex did. Kick him out you need closure and to move on if it isn't working!
