NO! Nipples are only needed to breast feed your young. As such you only find them on mammals, with mammary glands, (even then only on placental and marsupial mammal's; monotreme's have a slightly different gland that oozes milk).
As a chicken is a bird it has no need of mammary glands and therefore no nipples, the idea of something with a beak trying to suckle is quite disturbing. (don't mention males with nipples as the basic structure for all mammal genotypes is not sex dependant in the early foetal stages)

What a depressing question for someone to ask... this reminds me of my girlfriend. She and I were at a diner and somehow the topic of what I do and don't eat got brought up. I told her that I don't eat mammels, to which she instantly replied, "But you eat chicken!" On that day several of my brain cells commited suicide, just as many are doing now after reading this question. I feel my soul crying...

No. As a chicken doesn't nurse its young (chickens are birds, not mammals), it would not have nipples.

NO, When chicks are hatched they begin to eat and drink orally (through their beaks) almost immediately. Therefore they do not nurse there young and have no need for nipples.
