I think these three are... and they all go hand in hand. If you can't do one then you can't do the other:
1. The ability to laugh at oneself
2. The ability to willingly make fun of oneself
3. The ability to act silly without the concern of other people's opinions

it is one of the clear indications of intelligence
I would add to your list:
the ability to laugh at absurdity
the ability to laugh at tragedy in your own life
the ability to not take yourself too seriously (that's #1, I think)
the ability to know that you just may be wrong in what you believe
the ability to understand that your sense of humor may not be someone else's
I am sarcastic, some people miss the humor in that
I like really silly humor
I dont like slapstick too much
Oddly, I do like Laurel & Hardy, the Marx Bros, but I found the 3 stooges idiotic
