It should take care of the rest, if it wants you to pay then try Tweaknow regcleaner. It's free and pretty good. Also, if you don't have anti-spyware programs, try Adaware.

Without seeing EACH of the 'problems' that were found, there is nothing we can tell you. From what it looks like, this is the first time you ever cleaned your registry. The numbers look normal except the 13 startups seem high.

You need to look at EACh line to determine to correct or not. If you see a bunch of stuff refering to AOL and you removed it before, then its safe to say that all entries with AOL are safe to remove. Got it?
