I wouldn't either but my husband would. Then I would just beg to play it first. True to XBOX though.

Of course it's crazy to sleep outside to buy anything. It's also dangerous. The people who got robbed outside of Best Buy are a perfect example.

It is not crazy but it borders on obsession. Obsessions make people do things which do not seem out of place to them but would seem absurd to others.
If a person has an unusually strong interest in anything that person will go to any length to get it. This can be seen with collectors who are willing to pay absurd amounts of money just to have the item in their possession.
Does that make them crazy? No, it just means that person has a different priority system to you - Their value system is different.
