I can truly understand where your coming from. After I filed for divorce, neither my atty. nor her atty. would let us move out. I had to live in hell for over a year. The only reason that I was able to move out was because she threatened to hit my daughter and I called the police. Both sides were worried about being charged with abandonment of the kids. Even the judge in our case wouldn't let either of us move out. I know that you have to wait 6 months after you file to see if you can work things out, but cmon, a year.Needless to say, things do get better over time. Just hang in there and ride it out. I found that taking car rides helped in easing some of the situations I was put into. Try spending extra time with friends or family when you get a chance. It helps out a lot with the animosity. Good Luck

Is there a question in there somewhere or are you just announcing?
And for the record, I've heard this argument a thousand times. You do not HAVE to live in the same house ... you choose to, likely for financial reasons. So you put yourself in that hell and forfeit all right to whine and complain about it.
If it's that bad, dish out the cash and get your own place. If you're divorcing, you'll have to do it anyway, so why prolong it? Either way, you lose the right to complain about a situation you keep yourself in.

I thought only men used that line.
If you are married and want some on the side just say so.
Everyone knows you can't be legally separated while living together.

Yes, that would be one pretty good definition of hell. Been there, done that, got the T shirt. Fortunately, mine didn't last long. Hope yours doesn't either.

I've been there I would just try to keep the peace until one of us had to move out or able to move out. Best thing is to move out and go on. Good Luck!
