Romeo and Juliet is one of Shakespear's plays and is the length of a normal play. It's one of the most famous plays ever written. People enjoy it for the story, and for Shakespear's beautiful prose. He was a master of the English language and considered to be the greatest playwrite who ever lived. Of course, the language is "dated" to the modern ear.
It is a love story that is fraught with conflict since the son and daughter of two feuding families fall in love. It is a tragedy since both kill themselves in the end. It is a hauntingly beautiful love story, and one that will never go out of date.

It is none of these. It is a play, a tragedy to be specific. If anything, I guess it would be interperative literature, because it can be interperated in a number of ways.

A play that is written with more details on human nature and how they react? Will has observed human nature the best when he is with his pen.
