in the water tower...how many jobs do u get, cuz there was one crystal that looked impossible to get...
did i miss it?
and if so, what is it?

don't worry. i was irritated that i couldn't reach it, but you're not supposed to get it.
after i left the tower and it sunk, i looked online in a FAQ, and it assured me that i'm not supposed to be able to get it.
also, like me, i'm sure that you did try desperately to get it before leaving

Its been awhile since I've played, but I believe its four. Everytime you get job crystals you recieve four new ones. I do think there is one you cannot get right away..but I could be wrong, but check here:http://db.gamefaqs.com/console/psx/file/final_fantasy_iv_f.txt
