I don't dislike Romanians at all, and had a Romanian friend in London, who worked for a Romanian company.
I think that there is a genuine fear of another wave of migrant workers wanting to come to the UK, when we really have a few too many already.
British people don't usually dislike people from other countries personally.

I've never hated Romanians. I've never loved them above all other nationalities, either. They are people. Some are good, some are bad, and that's fine with me, the rest of the world tends to be generally the same. As for people who say they're all the same... they have no tolerance for difference.

But I DO like Romanians - They're lovely!
We met a Romanian family on holiday, who gave us some great music (for no reason other than we got on well) and we stayed penpals for several years.
They are responsible for the cheery 'Numa Numa' song that has entertained web surfers for several eyars now after being made famous by the kid bopping along to it in his study.
Their internation football team actually look like real guys rather than thugs.
My salsa teacher is Romanian and she's sweet-hearted, genuine and VERY good at dancing....
So there!
;)

As I have never met a Romanian I currently have no opinion. I would treat them the same as anyone else, if they upset me personally, I wouldn't like THAT PARTICULAR person, but nationality wouldn't sway me in any way. There are good and bad people in each and every nation.

Well, as seeing im Romanian, I guess, I do like them.
But the problem isn't them, it's their country,Romania makes people greedy, poor, angry, in some ways stupid and beggers.
All they want is a better life, I guess...
But the restrictions will be realy strong in them going to other countries.

I have never met a Romanian in my life. But that put aside... if you continue to encounter problems with people that don't like Rumanian's, let me know and I'll go and tickle them to death.

I have no strong feelings on Romanians one way or another. Just remember, when you join the E.U. stay in your own country and make it better with the new European money that will be coming in rather than running over to the UK like those pesky Polish did.

when it comes to different nations, u might say you dont like culture or traditions of a particulare nation or race-but no one choses to be born here-or there. U should always get to know a person for what she/he is, not judge them on according to where they come from. Yes, they might be different to you, have different opinions, behaviour or political views to yours but it doesnt make them good or bad.
