You're probably OK; it's not uncommon to spot a bit during pregnancy. The cervix is very vascular at this time and bleeds easily. If you have had six or done something to strain yourself, it could cause slight bleeding.

If it is just a little bit, it is probably nothing. But if it's a lot, like a period, then call your doctor. Or, if you're having pain or contractions, call your doctor.

If it doesn't stop or if you are worried, go ahead and call.

Probably nothing to worry about, but why risk it? If it was me, I'd go to the doctor rather than deal with the stress of not knowing for sure or worrying. Stressing and worrying are not good for the baby either so find out for sure. There are things that can go wrong that bleeding would be the first symptom of, but if there is no pain, I wouldn't worry too much. Get checked out and you'll feel better regardless of the outcome. Good luck.

I think you should seek prefessional advice. As cases differ. At 5 months, I spotted and was told that the child had gone over weeks earlier. In your case, it may be just spotting and nothing more.

Really seek help. But quickly.

Call urgent care, the doctors are all taking a Thanksgiving break. If there is no urgent in your area, care call the emergency room of your hospital and talk to a nurse.
