Besides being stupid for altering her body (for who knows what reason), she's now experiencing some of the known risks. What can I say, she should have read the fine print.
Tell her to go to the hospital and get checked out quickly.

If all the doctor can say is its normal, and if the pain is so bad its unbearable, I would be seeking more help from another doctor, and or go to the hospital where she had it done , just for a check up.
Probably is normal, heavens its only 4 days since something so major.
Major both physically and emotionally.
No need adding to that with uncontrolled pain, because depression could start to set in, which also is quite normal, but needs seeing to ASAP.
Continue to be supportive. You are great to think of her in this difficult time.

you've never seen her this way only because she has never had a boob job before ..lol. Listen to the doctor, he deals with this on a daily basis and knows the ins & outs. Your friend however is on new ground and is getting scared about the pain. Everyone handles pain differently. If she is still worried then go see the doc for extra reassurance.

Unfortunately the pain will be around for another coupl eof weeks. They should have given her pain meds. and if they arent work either stonger ones or what not. If she has a high fever, the stitches become even more red and bleed or have puss or what not coming out, yeah, she should run to the e.r asap.
Other wise, she should keep from lifting heavy objects, stay in bed for a bit, try to get stronger pain pills and keep wearing (heck what the heck is it) the bra/wrap thing.
If they were implants they wil be tight and up high for at least a year but over time they should start to settle and become less tight and painful.

I have no idea cause my boobs are 100% mine. Never had a boob job yet but if i had enough money i would consider getting a breast reduction.

I would suggest that instead of calling the doctor, she goes to see him or to the emergency room. That's Not normal
