Which do you prefer? I believe Thanksgiving is the best, because this holiday is about giving thanks for what we have, but I'm just wondering: How many people actually call it Turkey Day?? IT'S NOT ABOUT TURKEY!! lol

I agree with you 100%. It is Thanksgiving Day. That's what it's always been, and should always be. It's not just about eating a turkey, it's about thanks for all that we have. Personally, I don't even like turkey; I prefer ham. But I still wouldn't call it Ham Day. lol

I would call it Thanksgiving, because it isn't only turkey. There's many other things, and the Pilgrims celebrated this holiday because they were "saved" from hunger, so they "thank" the Indians.

Thanksgiving is the best as a reminder to be thankful for what we have in life.
Turkey day does whet the appetite though.

GRACE unto you, and peace,
FROM GOD our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Thanksgiving... but if America is a nation under Law, as GWB says, then you'd be giving thanks to Law as your God: Foolish!

Bible says: ye are not under Law, but under Grace... x 3

Bible also says: Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the Law; ye are fallen from Grace (Galatians 5:4 ... written to foolish bewitched churches).

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ WITH YOU ALL. AMEN.
