I put her lack of humor down to the high number of Bush Tucker Trials she has had to endure.
Take a look at her. She has aged 10 years since being on the show. I think she's suffering and was maybe a little naive about what she was letting herself in for.
Maybe if the public bless her with a break from the trials she may lighten up a bit.

She has no sense of humour, which makes it all the more ironic that I find her so utterly laughable. I suspect that she'll become the celeb that everyone loves to hate.
