Let celsius be C and farenheit, F
The relation is: F = 9C/5 + 32
Now solve the problem
F = 9C/5 + 32
F = (9*36.45)/5 + 32
F = 328.05/5 + 32
F = 65.61 + 32
F = 97.61
When it is 36.45 degree Celsius, it is 97.61 degree Farenheit

The formula for converting from Celsius to Fahrenheit is:

F = 9/5*C + 32

Just plug in the numbers . If we do that, we get:

F = 9/5*(36.45) + 32 = 9*(7.29) + 32 = 65.61 + 32 = 97.61.

So, 36.45 C is equivalent to 97.61 F.

Notice that if we plug in the boiling point in Celsius, 100 degrees, that the result is 212, the boiling point in Fahrenheit. Conversely, if we plug in the freezing point in Fahrenheit, 32 degrees, the result is 0 degrees, the freezing point in Celsius.

There's a conversion program at the source below. It gets 97.61000000000001 as an equivalent. Best is the formula in the first answer so that you understand what it's all about. (Like you care.)
