There never has been a president Hamilton. I assume you mean Alexander Hamilton on the 10 dollar bill. He was not president, he was the first Secretary of the Treasury Dept. To answer your question, the Federal government has no business in education. It has and should remain in local hands with parents deciding how and what their children are taught.
