Most women get sore breasts and cramps the week before their period, they also feel like they want to rip someone's head off (haha) - PMS. If you feel your cramps are too painful and they come on at odd times, you might suffer with endometriosis. You should talk to your doctor about it, he might do some tests and he will be able to give you more information about it.
Good luck! :))

Fear not there is something that can help. (And it's not the pill - which I never recommend by the way - it is SO bad for you!).

An American company called Optimox has developed a vitamin supplement especially for women with menstrual troubles. The idea is to take as few as you need per day (no more than six). I take two and have hardly any PMS type symptoms any more. It also has helped make my luteal plase a few days longer!

You can buy it from www.kuhar.com.

You may also want to buy and read 'Fertility, Cycles and Nutrition' by Marilyn Shannon (link below). It contains all kinds of wonderful advice for all womens troubles! http://ccli.org/store/onlineshopping.php?criteria=category&f_cat=nutrition&catpr=30&order_by=name

It is normal, lots of women suffer, but there are things you can do. I can recommend a very good book called Balancing Hormones Naturally by Patrick Holford.
