What menopause symptons have you experienced and any tips how to deal with them

I had a radical hysterectomy at 27, which meant early menopause GREAT 1!!!!
Symptoms but a few....
Flushes OMG flushes
Sore boobs
Mood Swings
Bad skin
Bloated Tummy
Aches
Is that enough for now , you need your levels checking by taking blood...
All the above can be stopped by HRT or Natural remedies...
Personally i have to do HRT implants for the next 15 +....
Go and see a good alternative health pharmacist the one below he is fab and deals with people all over the world..

I'm not in menopause yet but heart palpitations are a symptom of hyper-thyroidism (grave's disease) so a blood test may be needed for this. If you are having heart palpitations I would get it checked out.

Heart palpitations does not necessarily mean menopause.
I do had heart palpitations and am taking drugs for that but I'm not yet menopausal

Hot flushes. You can have a simple blood test to determine if you are menopausal.

My friends used to have this problems but after somebody recommended some -ions products to used her problems lessen. Believe it or not try it out
