A dental hygienist i should think, but it depends on the company and how high up u r in the job.

There is a huge variant in these 2 positions. For one, you will never run out of dental patients. But, unless you have a high demand in the "midwifery" field, you could starve. I check it out first. The only positive in your question, is Which one do you want to do? That is the answer.

I think you have to look att the fringe benefits... a Hygegienist would get what... a tooth, maybe some bits of gums... but a midwife.... you could have a whole collection of umbillical chords and placenta.
