She could be constipated, or something worse. I'd take her to the Doctor to be on the safe side.

I would call your pediatrician immediately. Even on a holiday there is an emergency doctor on call. Tell the answering service people the problem.
It could be something very benign. But it also could be something REALLY serious. And your child's life is worth the call and if the doctor recommends a trip to the ER.
Be sure to be ready to tell the doctor how much blood, what color it was and if there have been any black stools as well as dried blood is often presented as black stools.

The blood could be from 2 things, inside, which calls for an immediate trip to the doctors or it could be when she was pooping, she got fissures or little tears on the anus if the poop was hard. My daughter went thru the same thing. Is the blood, flecks or streaks?

You should always call your doctor if your baby has blood in her poop. Since it's Thanksgiving call the after-hours line if there is one. If you can't get ahold of a doctor take her to an Instacare or if you don't have one, go to the E.R. No this is not an emergency but it is definitely not okay to wait until Monday.

No it certainly is not. Your baby had diarrhea now has blood in her poo? It could be a bacterial infection or a bowel problem or soemthing just not smart to leave untreated. Get your baby to the doctor today and get it looked after.

The best thing to do is take her to the doctor ASAP - it could be nothing too serious, but it's still best to be safe than sorry.

This is just a thought--but have you ever considered calling her pediatrician?? How many people on here do you think are doctors?
