It sounds like the CV joint as mentioned. If, it breaks completely your vehicle will stop going. Just drive it easy and try not to make hard turns until it fixed. I had one last a year before I fixed it. But, being a guy, we do those things. You may want it fixed sooner with winter coming on. When you turn if it make a Click, Click, Click noise it the inner CV joint, if it make a Clunk, Clunk, Clunk it the outer CV joint, if I not have this backwards. If, you know someone that work on cars it best to replace the ENTIRE CV axle. A NEW, not rebuilt, one costs around $80 for my Ford Taurus at Auto-Zone and that a Lifetime Warranty.

I'm no technician but noone's mentioned the tracking yet - one of the wheels might be misaligned or a wheel arch bent slightly.
Check that the tyres are screwed on properly too, my friend had odd knocking noises on the passenger side of her ford fiesta after a service and realised that the wheel nuts hadn't been properly tightened and the wheel was slowly working loose!

Could be the cv joint or anti roll bar or also could be the wheel bearings have you tried jacking the vehicle up put it into gear and rotate the wheel side to side if it clunks that will be the cv joint if you can move the wheel back and forth or sideways that could be the bearings it might also be worth checking the tyre wear if its more on one side check theres no excess play on the trackrod

CV JOINT, PROBABLY BOOT BROKEN, FIX IT, AND YOU MAY GET AWAY WITHOUT REPLACING THE ENTIRE BOOT, MAKE SURE U FILL WITH LOTS OF HIGH MELTING POINT GREASE TO KEEP THE JOINT LUBRICATED. BOOT SHOULD COST AROUND A TENNER (TRADE)
