I would assume they mean you look very sweet and pretty - like a doll. I would describe my friend as being doll-like, she has loads of hair which is always hanging in curls, she has lovely skin and big eyes with long eyelashes.
She's also just over 5 feet with the tiniest frame I've seen but she's not skinny. She's not blonde either.

Take it as a compliment, unless they mean the blow-up variety hehe

it depends who said it to me, my nan says i look like a ''doll'' all the time, i think she just means i look sweet or something ''oh, don't you look a doll''! i hope thats what she means anyway! I wouldn't take it as an offence though if i were you.
