In a skirt, knees and ankles together, twist from the hips and push back on your hands to get the weight on to your feet. Sorry it would be far easier to show you than describe it.

wear a skirt that is longer, past knee length, the likelihood of a "flash" is reduced the longer your skirt is.

tbh, i wear 2 pairs of pants, one under for comfort and one over the tights to stop the "panty section" from showing....other than that i can only recomend hold ups / stockings
