My god, I don't think I've ever seen an question with so many bad answers!?
The reason you have pop-ups that keep coming back is because you've most likely been infected with one of the new trojan infections that have a "keep alive" feature. This means even once a normal security application has deleted it, the trojan has actually just re-spawned under a different name elsewhere and hidden itself.
(As a side note - I would not trust Xoftspy. This used to actually INSTALL adware on your computer instead of removing it!)
The only Security program I have found capable of deleting these completely is Prevx1. This monitors the behaviour of the malware it deletes - therefore can keep track if it tries to re-spawn and remove the infection completely.
You can download and install a Free Trial of Prevx1 which will scan your PC and remove this and any other infections free of charge:

Spybot has an immunization feature. It won't protect you from unwanted spyware unless you use it. I'm not aware of the other one. If you run immunization and it still appears, you have a few more options. Check your system via installed programs or whatnot. See if it's listed and then you may be able to uninstall it manually or look it up on a search engine for ways to delete it from your system. You should also download a pop up blocker. Google Toolbar is a good tool for Internet Explorer, but if you havn't already, I would switch to Firefox. Not only does it have a good built-in blocker, but it also has lots of add-ons that can also protect you. I use AdBlock. Ads, Pop-Ups and even unwanted Cookies are just about no longer in an issue anymore. Finally, you said your computer is running slowly? After using spyware cleaners, download a registry cleaner, such as TuneUp. This will speed up and optimize your system in a lot of ways.

This can be fixed: (For Windows XP SP2)
1. Go to http://www.microsoft.com
2. Search For Windows Defender
3. Download and install Windows Defender
4. After installing it may ask to restart if so then restart!
5. While it restarts start tapping F8,you need to do this while it is booting up.
6. When you get a choice to choose how you want to boot windows choose BOOT IN SAFE MODE.
7. Log on
8. Then run Windows Defender and scan your computer.
IF THAT DOESNT DO IT,DO THIS: (For Windows XP SP2 w/ Internet Explorer 6 & 7)
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to Tools
3.Click on Pop-up Blocker
4. A Menu will show up,click on Turn On Pop-up Blocker.
ANOTHER WAY IF THE ABOVE DIDNT WORK!!:(For Windows XP SP2 w/ Internet Explorer 6 & 7) (3a is for IE 6, 3b Is For IE 7)
1. Opne IE
2. Click on Tools
3a.Internet Options then look for where you can delete your cookies and Temporary Files
3b. Click on Tools and Choose Delete Browsing History. When the window comes up click on delete all (next to the close button)

To be honest with you I don't think those adware products work very well. I never used to get pop ups but as soon as I installed an adware product there they all were! I have since unistalled them and just use Yahoo's blocker. You could always try that and see what happens?
They may have also self installed something on your PC so it may be best to check your control panel as well?

Delete your cookies. The reason those pop up porn sites are showing up is because someone has been visiting those sites from your computer.

You need spyware, anti-virus, firewall & pop-up blocker. Your internet provider should offer all these as part of your package - mine does. Don't use Norton Antivirus - it's not that good.
Hope this helps - good luck.
