Probably i'm a student nurse and did a BTEC National Diploma in Health Studies and worked as a health care assistant and got in! Check with the university

I think you need level three english. I am doing the Access course and this is what I need to get on it. Your Btec Diploma in Health and Social Care anf the voluntary work should easily get you in with the upgraded English. It is easy 2 get a level three in English it should only take a few months. you need to do an access to nursing course at your local college and enter for direct entry midwifery. it is a 1 yr full time course and you need 12 level 3 credits for nursing or 18 level 3 credits for direct entry midwifery. the course is a bit intense with approx' 26 assignments throughout. hope that helps
