I didn't think you could, but http://www.actstudent.org/faq/answers/eligible.html shows that you can take it even if you have already graduated from high school. I suppose that they won't say "no" to money (your fee).

You certainly can retake the test. My friend was not eligible to play baseball in the spring until he took it again and scored an 18 or something like that. But you sure can take the ACT again, and probably get more scholarship money. Good luck.

probably not since it's a test to enter college (in lieu of the sat). the best way to answer this w/o misleading you is have you go to the program you want & ask the director of that program. since you;re in college already, there might be a 'back door' way of getting in. your recent grades, attendance & who you know/who knows you type thing. ok? good luck!

you can re-take it but it really won't serve any purpose. ACT/SAT tests are a way to help colleges w/selectivity. after you have entered they really serve no purpose. your grades will now determine scholarships, acceptance to programs etc. so basically you can re-take it, but they would just be taking your money. i would say just continue to do well in your courses.
