Single soulmate... No! In your lifetime there are probably several soulmates... the trick is being in the right mindset to see the potential and the williness or commitment to work at it.

Marriage is work, don't think it isn't. There are rough patches and if u can see past those, work through them usually you grow closer as a couple. U don't always agree but u do turn to eachother and find compromise. No one person is ever right. It's about spending time to nuture eachother and honor your relationship. The intimacy is amazing and I can think about my mate and he still takes my breath away even after 25 yrs.

I hope u find the person willing to grow and work towards mutual life dreams. Good luck

Of course there is such a thing as our soul mate. As humans we tend to get impatient and settle for what we think will make us happy. Just think, to be able to find that certain someone who you trully desire that you can share your whole being with. There is nothing like it in the whole world. Being able to be yourself and have someone to know everything about you inside and out. Soul mate or not, just give it time and when you meet someone and the chemistry is there, don't be afraid to let them know all there is to know about you. You never know. But, I promise you this, when you finally find that someone you will definately know it. They are definately out there-you just have to be patient. Good luck.

I was one of those people who used to think so. I think two people who are adults and deeply commited to a loving relationship that will last a life time can find true love in that, if they work together to keep that bond strong. But I do not think there is only one person out there who was created to be the other half of my soul.

I believe that everyone has a soul mate, but that doesn't mean that you are going to find them. It's like finding that one person that looks just like you. There out there I know I ran across mine, but don't know if I have found my soul mate.

I don't believe in soul-mates but I do believe two people can be great for each-other.
