I think today since it is Thanksgiving, you should be able to eat what you want, just don't overdo it. Tomorrow stick to the healthy stuff, no greasy foods or else you're stomach will get upset with all of that running. Try and eat plenty of fruits, especially bananas before you go to prevent cramps in the legs. And today and tomorrow, drink PLENTY of water! Good Luck!

well if you eat more carbs, and make sure you eat early the day before like 6 7 at night. and with your meal do not drink pop or juice strickly water. this gives your body time to digest, and absorb all of the nutrients, before you go to bed, make sure you drink alot of water.
in the morning make sure you eat a banana and whatever else you like to eat.
since the practise is 4 hours long you will lose alot of potasium. make sure you bring plenty of bottle of gaterade or powerade, to replenish your body and throught out water. when playing sports hydration is the biggest concern. if you get carbs so you can run with the bread and corn and rice whatever you eat for thanksgiving it takes care of the need for energry. however water is essential.

Eat oranges to keep you full of energy, eat bananas in order to prevent cramps. Prevent drinking sodas, and eat lots of fruits to get prepared. God Bless & Good Luck @ tryouts!

Just dont drink soda or get drunk lol, make sure you get a good night sleep and have protein in the morning. gl hope you make the team!!!
