i heard about this program where u can get a person 2 be your brother or sister, if u have any imformation about it could u plzzz tell me ive always wanted sum1 older then me (an older bro or sis), but close 2 me 2 talk 2 but i dnt have that, can u help, i live in australia.

Wow, I haven't heard about this program. I am so glad you asked this question. I will be interested to hear the responses. I've always wanted a sister or someone like a sister to be close to. My husband and I only have boys (4) and while I would love a daughter, we just aren't able to have any more. Some day we hope to be able to find a baby or toddler to adopt. But this program you are talking about sounds pretty neat.
Is it different than Big Brothers and Big Sisters? I tried the Big Sister program and it didn't work out well. The little girl I was assigned had her Mother come back into her life and she didn't want our relationship to continue, the Dad thought it was a jealousy thing.
