Interesting thought but there can be no vs. men and women are two totally different species. Sure we're all human but men and women are designed differently from each other plus society molds us differently as well. Here is something I found out only a year or two ago. Women in general are actually better at math than men are, while men are actually the better communicators. I think it is impossible these days to exactly pinpoint (again in general) a man's strengths/weaknesses vs. a woman's strengths/weaknesses. Overall the best Person for the job depends on an individual's qualifications and strengths. In my opinion that is what feminism should have been all about. Not what rights do women get or deserve, but just a fair chance to prove that a woman might be the right "man" for the job.

If the job was lifting something heavy, would anybody deny that a man is generally (not always) better suited? Now, scientist have proved that men and women's brains work differently, and that each has certain advantages and disadvantages as compared to the other. Now if a job called for one of these advantages that, say, women had, would they not be generally better suited for the job? Common sense suggest that the answer to both my questions is "yes". Therefor, it also makes sense that each gender could fulfill a role, each of which is better suited for one more than the other. That's what men and women have been doing for thousands of years (fulfilling roles)...only now, because of stupid ideas like feminism, we had to have science validate it.

Sounds like a school essay or something. Neither man or woman is better, they are made equal. No one can help that they are a guy, and no one can help that they are a girl. It's just the way we're made and we cannot make fun of one gender because that's something we can't control.

The best person for the job = the person who can do the job best. Gender does not determine whether a person is the best for a job... except for peeing outside... if that was a job ;)

I disagree.
for eg:
a male is the right person to donate sperm and female can't donate it as they aren't made for it.
a female is the right person to receive sperm and develop baby.
unless in the case of seahorse, in which the male gets pregnant
