cause there is noting there to see but the real question is those who have x ray vision how do they sleep if they can see through their eyelids?

You do see. You see the back of your eyelids. It's just dark because there is little light going through, but the skin of your eyelids isn't very thick. Try closing your eyes and shining a light infront of your eyes or facing the sun. You will see red. Or press lightly and gently on your eyelids with your eyes closed and you will see something similar to fireworks. Do not press too hard. You could hurt yourself!

Actually, you can. When you close your eyes, there will be a complete pitch black and that is the stuff behind your eyes, the stuff you generally don't want to look at. It's very dark because, duh, your eyes are closed and there's no light coming in.
