hey dude
u can listen to ur voice when silent but have to do this excersize regularly........
listen to ur fav song and try singin it for around a couple of times continuously..............
do not listen to any other song after u do that.........
then stop the muzic and sing the same song 5 times
and then be silent
believe me u can listen to ur voice in ur head
though others cant........

your mind will talk but your mouth will not or may not... you can understand more of everythng when you are silent and makes your mind be the voice.. then if you will understand what you intend to percieve.. you will know you had listened and understood somehow whats not spoken and its hidden answers, meanings only you can interpret yourself...

It depends on whether it should be natural or recorded because it could be recorded. And.... what do you want to listen to? which words?.. i have a better suggestion if its some specific words.
